1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and WinPHApp ("WinPHApp," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the WinPHApp online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using any part of the WinPHApp platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of WinPHApp, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the platform.

WinPHApp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use WinPHApp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. WinPH App strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players on WinPHApp.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by WinPHApp or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of WinPHApp, or an immediate family member of any such person.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of WinPHApp services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one (1) WinPHApp account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your WinPHApp account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying WinPHApp immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

WinPHApp will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from WinPHApp that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

WinPHApp reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

WinPHApp supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) through a range of payment methods available to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. WinPHApp does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. WinPHApp aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Verification: WinPHApp may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delays or refusal of withdrawal.

• WinPHApp reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits may require additional verification.
• WinPHApp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your sole responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

WinPHApp may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions applicable to all WinPHApp promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• WinPHApp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

WinPHApp's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding. Players who believe a bonus has been applied incorrectly should contact WinPHApp support promptly.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

Each game available on WinPHApp is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game on WinPHApp, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

WinPHApp is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. Live casino games on WinPHApp use real dealers and physical equipment. All game outcomes are determined by the rules of the respective game and are not subject to manipulation by WinPHApp or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, WinPHApp will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. WinPHApp's decision regarding the outcome of any game affected by a technical error is final. WinPHApp shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

• Bets placed and accepted prior to a technical error will be honoured where the outcome can be determined.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WinPHApp and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the WinPHApp platform or its underlying systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing WinPHApp staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to WinPHApp immediately.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the WinPHApp platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of WinPHApp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the WinPHApp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any WinPHApp content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on WinPHApp content.
• Use any WinPHApp trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the WinPHApp platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of WinPHApp intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by WinPHApp.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, WinPHApp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the WinPHApp platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical errors, system outages, or third-party failures.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond WinPHApp's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

WinPHApp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your WinPHApp account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit WinPHApp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

10 Privacy

WinPHApp collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using WinPHApp, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

WinPHApp implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and WinPHApp cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Suspension & Termination

WinPHApp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• WinPHApp suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You fail to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• WinPHApp is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• You request self-exclusion under WinPHApp's responsible gaming programme.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your WinPHApp account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

13 Amendments to These Terms

WinPHApp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, WinPHApp will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of WinPHApp after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and WinPHApp, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. WinPHApp will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent WinPHApp from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
